Yes you can change your flight return, but there is no transfer to the airport included. There also may be a deviation fee.

I am sure that a GoAhead rep will give you an official answer...but, YES you can. You may have to pay extra towards your flight as you are not returning on a group reservation. I have been to Turkey (and Istanbul) three times. Last time was in November. It is a beautiful, wonderful country. I have enjoyed Istanbul...but, an additional week might be too much...unless you have friends whom you plan to visit.

Check with the Goahead folks and tell them what you want to do. I am certain that they can make your return flight a week later. You can ask them to extend reservations at the hotel you are staying at or you can find your own hotel.
Should not be a problem if you contact them.

Contact Go Ahead directly about this, but I'm sure you can. I did that on a Go Ahead trip to Barcelona. I stayed two extra nights after the group left. I paid for the hotel room, but the price of the flight wasn't affected. Doing this, you will be responsible for getting yourself to the airport coming home.

Yes, this is possible. It is very important that you let Go Ahead know as soon as you have your dates set! We are staying a week behind after our Ireland tour next spring!

We were in Istanbul & other parts to the south & east in late March of 2011 when Egypt erupted but we had no problems at all. The people of Turkey were very welcoming.

Corky: Yes, you can ask Go Ahead for a "land only" price. If you book you own flights, normally you will be responsible for getting yourself to the hotel when you land, and then back to the airport at the end of the trip, but yes, Go Ahead does offer "land only" packages for most of its tours. Contact Go Ahead directly.

You certainly can! We offer our tour packages as "land only" as well, which means you are buying the trip without flights. So as long as the flight dates that you purchased coincide with our tour dates, then that would not be a problem!
